About the Role

Phase V Fulfillment provides 3PL order fulfillment services, specializing in ecommerce and direct-to-consumer merchants.

Our platform integrates order management, inventory control, kitting, shipping, and real-time tracking into a single, streamlined process. With robust technology and multi-channel integrations—including major ecommerce platforms and carriers—we deliver the visibility and efficiency needed to scale modern fulfillment operations.

We support a wide range of fulfillment needs, including warehousing, pick and pack, domestic and international shipping, FBA prep, and both B2B and direct-to-consumer fulfillment.

Phase V Fulfillment is seeking a Business-to-Business (B2B) Sales Representative to develop relationships with businesses requiring warehousing and fulfillment solutions. You will engage prospective clients, understand their logistics and fulfillment needs, and guide them toward solutions that support their business growth.

This role is ideal for a sales professional who enjoys building relationships, managing opportunities throughout the sales cycle, and delivering excellent customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and engage prospective business clients through outbound outreach and follow-up activities.
• Qualify opportunities by understanding customer needs and business objectives.
• Present fulfillment and warehousing solutions tailored to each client's requirements.
• Build long-term relationships with customers and maintain regular follow-up throughout the sales process.
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline and update CRM records accurately.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition from sales to implementation.
• Meet established sales and performance goals.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, account management, or a related sales role.
• English proficiency of B2 level or higher.
• Strong communication, prospecting, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple sales opportunities while maintaining attention to detail.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Experience with warehousing, logistics, supply chain, or fulfillment services is highly preferred but not required.

Benefits

• Monday through Friday schedule (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM ET).
• Starting base salary of $1,400 USD/month (final compensation based on experience).

Our Hiring Process

Qualified candidates will complete an initial interview with our recruiting team, followed by a second interview with the hiring manager that includes role play scenarios focused on customer interactions and objection handling. Successful candidates will receive an offer and begin the onboarding process.
