Job Description:
This job is responsible for supporting the development and execution of strategic initiatives and/or processes aligned to priorities within a functional area and/or business. Key responsibilities include defining, developing, executing, monitoring, and/or refining strategic initiatives and processes in close collaboration with key stakeholders and internal partners.

For this role, the focus will be helping shape and execute how AI and related capabilities are deployed across the CFO organization. The role will translate strategic priorities into practical solutions, including defining tool strategy, advancing AI agents and other use cases, building workforce capabilities, and putting effective tools in the hands of CFO associates.

Responsibilities:

• Builds and/or executes business initiatives and/or processes, while partnering with stakeholders and partners
• Solves complex problems and delivers on business initiatives and processes by applying subject matter expertise and technical knowledge of the business
• Engages with key stakeholders, partners, and business leadership to deliver on business objectives
• Performs analytics, assessments, and/or interpretation of data and/or information to identify business opportunities, derive insights, and measure outcomes
• Develops strategic and tactical plans to drive progress towards business goals and objectives
• Helps define and execute the CFO organization’s AI and finance innovation strategy, including where AI, automation, process redesign, and other tools can create the greatest value
• Translates business priorities into a practical roadmap of capabilities, tools, pilots, and scalable solutions
• Shapes the strategy for AI tools across CFO, including evaluating options, clarifying intended use, and coordinating dependencies and decision points
• Develops approaches to build AI fluency and practical skills across the CFO workforce in partnership with the Academy, change management, and business leaders
• Builds strong partnerships across CFO, Technology, Data Management, Change Management, risk and control teams, and other enterprise groups to remove barriers and accelerate delivery
• Creates clear, executive-ready recommendations, roadmaps, updates, and decision materials that connect strategy to business outcomes

• Tracks progress, risks, adoption, and impact; identifies issues early and drives action to keep work moving forward

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in the CFO organization, with an understanding of finance processes, priorities, data, and controls, is preferred
• Consulting, internal strategy, transformation, or innovation experience is preferred
• Ability to turn ambiguous problems into clear strategies, structured plans, and measurable outcomes
• Strong influencing and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to build alignment across business, technology, and control partners without relying on formal authority
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution and maintain momentum across multiple priorities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to simplify complex topics for senior leaders and non-technical audiences
• Working knowledge of AI, automation, digital tools, or emerging technology is preferred; deep technical development experience is not required
• Curiosity, sound judgment, adaptability, and a practical mindset focused on responsible adoption and business value

Pay and benefits information

Pay range

$118,800.00 - $176,100.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

Discretionary incentive eligible

This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
