Summary:
As a Business Process Architect, a typical day involves analyzing and designing innovative business processes that support organizational goals. This role requires creating detailed documentation to guide the implementation of new processes and technologies. Collaboration with various business units is essential to define product requirements and develop use cases that align with both process and functional needs. Additionally, the role includes participating in user and task analysis to accurately represent business needs, ensuring that solutions are well-informed and effectively address operational challenges.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business processes with organizational objectives.
- Continuously evaluate existing processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing knowledge to foster professional growth.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights and validate process designs.

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Asset Servicing.

- Strong analytical skills to assess complex business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at various levels.

- Experience in collaborating with business and technical teams to translate requirements into actionable solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Asset Servicing.
- This position is based at our CDC2E - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
