The Role
This role drives our AI-first revenue engine by converting GTM strategy into repeatable execution—from messaging and discovery to full deal motions.
Partnering with Sales, RevOps, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Engineering, you will build and operationalize AI-enabled workflows (enrichment, routing, copilots) tracked via key dashboards.
You will combine quantitative data skills (SQL, spreadsheets) with technical fluency to evaluate tools and integrate with the GTM stack alongside data and engineering teams. Ultimately, you will drive adoption, change management, and governance to deliver core outcomes: faster ramp, higher win rates, shorter sales cycles, improved data quality, and team productivity.
What You´ll Do
- Design and deploy AI-augmented workflows across the funnel integrated into the GTM stack with strong CRM/data quality and durable governance (not one-off hacks).
- Own measurement and optimization: define success metrics/ROI, build dashboards, ship v1 fast, then iterate via experimentation using funnel and pipeline data.
- Drive adoption and responsible use, establishing the appropriate governance mechanisms aligned with Legal/Security/IT.
- Evaluate tools and build-vs-buy decisions for AI/automation (LLM/agent platforms), partnering with Data/Engineering to prototype and productionize.
Who You Are:
- Engineering background is a must
- Quant + systems mindset: comfortable with messy GTM data and building repeatable operating systems (not one-off analysis)
- Strong funnel fluency: deep understanding of end-to-end GTM metrics—conversion, pipeline health/velocity, segmentation
- Clear cross-functional communicator: can translate ambiguity into structured work, align execs/operators/technical teams, and drive measurable outcomes.
- GenAI for GTM experience: either as a builder (agents/workflows/prototypes) or an operator (use-case management, risk/governance, expectation-setting), plus sound vendor/build-vs-buy instincts.
- Bias to action: “ship v1, iterate” mindset; proactive about finding bottlenecks and automating them.
