At City Wide Facility Solutions, we're looking for a Business Operations Manager who will play a critical role in recruiting, onboarding, compliance, and operational support for our Independent Contractor network.

This is a highly visible role that blends recruiting, relationship management, compliance oversight, and operational coordination. You'll work closely with contractors, operations leaders, and internal teams to ensure we maintain a qualified, engaged, and compliant contractor network that supports our continued growth.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead recruiting efforts for Independent Contractors across the Cincinnati and Dayton markets.
• Manage recruiting activities, advertising initiatives, and sourcing strategies to maintain a strong pipeline of qualified contractor candidates.
• Build relationships with contractors throughout the recruitment, onboarding, and retention process.
• Oversee onboarding documentation, contractor agreements, background checks, insurance requirements, and other compliance-related activities.
• Maintain compliance records and monitor renewal deadlines to ensure there are no lapses in required documentation or coverage.
• Conduct compliance audits and proactively resolve any identified issues.
• Manage contractor information and compliance tracking through CRM systems and internal databases.
• Coordinate monthly Independent Contractor pay day events and assist with contractor-related issue resolution.
• Process invoice reconciliations and daily deposits in accordance with company policies.
• Partner closely with the Operations team to communicate contractor eligibility, onboarding progress, and placement readiness.
• Provide reporting and operational insights that support leadership decision-making.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, strengthen contractor engagement, and increase operational efficiency.

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting, compliance, business operations, contractor management, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and follow-through.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Natural problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
• Experience using social media platforms for recruiting and engagement.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Experience working with CRM systems is preferred.
• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish skills are highly desired.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to travel between offices and customer locations as needed.
