Pleasant Hill Post Acute is seeking a reliable, organized, and experienced Business Office Assistant to join our team! We are looking for a professional who is comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare environment and has prior experience in a business office or administrative role.

Position Details

• Position: Business Office Assistant

• Employment Type: Full-Time

• Pay: Starting at $20.00 per hour

• Location: Pleasant Hill Post Acute

• Experience: Prior business office, administrative, or healthcare office experience strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily business office operations and administrative tasks

• Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation

• Assist with data entry, scanning, filing, and processing paperwork

• Answer phones and assist residents, families, and visitors in a professional manner

• Assist with billing, insurance, and other office-related duties as assigned

• Communicate with staff, residents, families, and outside vendors as needed

• Maintain confidentiality of resident and facility information

• Provide general administrative support to the Business Office Manager and facility leadership

Qualifications

• Prior business office or administrative experience is highly preferred

• Healthcare or skilled nursing facility experience is a plus

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

• Professional communication and customer service skills

• Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office

• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities

• Dependable, professional, and team-oriented
