In this role, you will:
- Build and strengthen relationships with Independent Financial Advisors.
- Drive awareness and adoption of FNB Life, Investments, and broader FirstRand solutions.
- Provide product guidance, support, and training to advisors.
- Identify and pursue business development opportunities to support sales growth.
- Deliver exceptional service and solutions that exceed advisor expectations.
- Facilitate collaboration between advisors and product specialists on complex requirements.
- Stay informed on industry developments, competitor activity, and product enhancements.
You're an ideal candidate if you have:
Minimum Requirements
- Matric
- NQF 5 qualification
- 3 to 5 years Broker Consulting experience within the Investments and IFA environment
- 3+ years Life Assurance experience
- Relevant Class of Business training
Key Skills
- Knowledge of Group Risk, Individual Life, and Investment products
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Commercial and sales acumen
- Client-centric approach
- Strong attention to detail
- Curiosity, adaptability, and a willingness to learn
- Willingness to travel locally
- Technical understanding of the advisor process in the insurance industry
