Job Description: 

The Business Director would report into YouTrip Thailand’s General Manager, and get a first hand in bringing key corporate strategies and marketing expansion plans to fruition.

You Will

• Partner directly with the GM to shape and drive Thailand's strategic priorities, from market expansion to product localization
• Continuously track how product-market fit is evolving in Thailand — local usage patterns, competitor moves, shifting traveler behavior — and translate that read into concrete product, marketing, and partnership decisions
• Lead critical cross-functional projects — new partnerships, regulatory initiatives, product launches — pulling together Product, Tech, Compliance, and Commercial teams to get things done
• Build and manage relationships with relevant regulatory bodies to keep YouTrip ahead of the curve as the market evolves
• Develop local partnerships — banks, merchants, and tourism-sector players — to deepen YouTrip's ecosystem in Thailand
• Stay close to daily operations, resolving on-the-ground friction and identifying new business development opportunities as they arise
• Operate with significant autonomy and sound judgment, representing the GM in select internal and external settings as needed

Requirements

You Are

• 5+ years of experience as an operator in a high-growth, fast-paced organization — fintech or payments experience is a strong plus
• A track record of driving cross-functional alignment and delivering results independently, with minimal guidance
• Sharp business instincts, comfort with ambiguity, and genuine curiosity about Thailand's fintech and payments landscape
• Based in Bangkok, and able to use Thai fluently in a business environment.
