Sobre este puesto de Account Manager- Chandler en Oxford Global Resources
Join our team and experience how we lead with passion, positivity, and accountability to deliver the Right Talent. Right Now. We create an environment where you can think big, have fun and truly make a difference.
At Oxford Global Resources, we connect organizations with the specialized expertise they need to solve complex business and technical challenges.
For more than 40 years, we have worked across industries including technology, life sciences, engineering, and healthcare. Our services range from individual staffing support to co-managed projects and fully managed programs, and each one starts with understanding what an organization needs and bringing the right people and approach to the challenge.
Behind that work are teams across Oxford who strengthen how we operate, support our people, and help us deliver for clients. If you are looking for a place where your work connects to a larger purpose and has a visible impact, there is an opportunity to do that here.
What We’re Looking For
We are hiring professionals who want to build a sales career with a clear, fast path to ownership. This role starts as a Business Development Representative (BDR) for your first four to six months, then transitions into a full Account Manager role with your own book of business. You are eligible for uncapped commissions from day one.
As a BDR, you will work side by side with experienced Senior Account Managers who show you how to win business, build client trust, and create opportunities. You will generate new business, engage key client stakeholders, and learn Oxford’s sales and delivery model in a real-world environment. This is not a support role. It is a structured, hands-on development program built to strengthen your commercial acumen, client-facing confidence, and operational discipline.
Once you successfully complete the program, you move into an independent Account Manager role, where you own your client portfolio, drive your own pipeline, and shape your own career trajectory. The people who thrive here are competitive, self-motivated, and open to coaching.
