Sobre este puesto de Business Development Representative en Liventus - US
This is a hunting-first role built for someone early in their career who wants customer contact from day one. You will work a warm base of trade-show contacts, prior inquiries, and dormant accounts, and you will prospect into net-new accounts across our core verticals. You will be coached directly by sales leadership, given a defined set of numbers to hit, and expected to own the activity that produces pipeline.
- Re-engage warm and dormant accounts by phone, email, and LinkedIn, converting interest into qualified discovery meetings.
- Prospect into net-new accounts in equipment finance, fintech, healthcare, manufacturing, and construction.
- Research accounts and identify decision-makers using AI tools, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and trade-show intelligence.
- Run initial discovery calls to surface business pain, budget ownership, and decision timeline.
- Build prospect-facing demo assets, sample dashboards, and data mockups that make the Sparkflow value case concrete.
- Bring in solution engineers and subject-matter experts for technical and executive conversations, owning prep and attendee lists.
- Maintain CRM in real time: contacts, activity notes, qualification status, next steps.
- Convert qualified discovery into Sales Qualified Leads and hand off to Account Executives with full context.
- Report weekly on activity and pipeline metrics.
- Participate in weekly sales coaching, roleplays, and product training
- Months 1–3: complete product certification and shadowing, build a target list of at least 75 accounts, secure 10 qualified discovery meetings
- Months 4–12: 4–6 qualified discovery meetings and 2–4 SQLs per month, with quarterly pipeline sourcing at 3x coverage of assigned goal
- A formal ramp review at month six evaluates activity consistency, meeting and SQL production, pipeline sourced, and CRM discipline
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Demonstrated competitiveness and a track record of performing where results are measured.
- Strong verbal and written communication; comfortable on the phone and in front of a room.
- Analytical fluency — you can work with data and translate it into something a business buyer cares about.
- Organized and detail-oriented, with the discipline to maintain CRM hygiene without being reminded.
- Comfortable using AI tools to improve research, outreach, and content quality.
- Willingness to be in our Northbrook office four days a week and to travel to industry events.
- Exposure to Power BI, SQL, Python, or R.
- Prior customer-facing or commission-based work experience.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or a comparable CRM.
- Interest in equipment finance, supply chain, or enterprise software.
