Join us as a NetApp Business Development Manager and help grow our NetApp business in Hungary through strong partner relationships and new business opportunities.

About the Role

You will drive the growth of the NetApp business in Hungary, developing channel partners, building pipeline and identifying new opportunities.

Working closely with NetApp, partners and internal teams, you will turn vendor strategy into commercial results and support revenue and profitability growth.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and grow the NetApp partner ecosystem, recruiting, onboarding and activating new resellers while strengthening relationships with existing strategic partners.
• Create and manage a strong sales pipeline across enterprise storage, hybrid cloud, data management, backup and recovery, cyber resilience, AI/data infrastructure and virtualised environments.
• Drive commercial performance, contributing to revenue, gross profit, market share and product-mix targets while maintaining accurate forecasts and opportunity visibility.
• Act as a key business contact for NetApp, translating vendor priorities into actionable business plans and coordinating programmes, promotions, rebates and pricing support.
• Enable partner and internal sales teams through training, account planning, customer presentations, value propositions and competitive positioning, working closely with sales, presales, product and marketing colleagues.
• Develop and execute joint go-to-market activities, including partner events, workshops, customer meetings and demand-generation campaigns that create measurable business opportunities.
  

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in IT sales, business development, channel/vendor management or IT distribution.
• Experience with enterprise storage, infrastructure, cloud or data-management solutions. NetApp experience is preferred, but experience with similar vendors is also relevant.
• Proven experience in partner development, indirect sales and managing B2B opportunities.
• Strong commercial skills, including negotiation and understanding of pricing, margins and profitability.
• Proactive, target-driven and confident in building relationships with partners, vendors and customers.
• Fluent Hungarian and fluent English, both written and spoken.
