Sobre este puesto de Business Development Manager en Prime System Solutions
Job Title: Business Development Manager
Location: Lahore/Islamabad
Timings: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM PKT
Employment Type: Full-time
Summary:
Own how Prime System Solutions generates and converts demand. The scope runs from defining who we target through to sitting on the calls that qualify them: campaign design, nurture, tooling, reporting, and the two-person outbound team executing underneath you.
Two parts of the stack sit with you personally. Salesforce and email deliverability both decide whether everything built on top of them works, so we are looking for expert command of each, not oversight of someone else's.
This suits someone who has carried a number as an individual contributor, moved into managing outbound, and wants to keep doing both.
Requirements
- 7 to 9 years in B2B business development or sales, with a meaningful portion selling IT services, managed services, staffing, outsourcing, or SaaS into North American or European markets
- A track record you can talk through in specifics: what you inherited, what you built, what pipeline and revenue did, and what failed
- Genuine end-to-end capability. You have built lists, written sequences, run calls, negotiated, and closed, beyond supervising others who did
- Salesforce at expert level: campaign architecture, reporting and dashboards, forecasting, automation, and data governance. Administrator certification preferred
- Email deliverability at expert level: domain warm-up, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, reputation management, blacklist remediation, and inbox placement testing
- Command of the outbound stack: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, sequencing and enrichment tools, and a view on which are worth paying for
Responsibilities:
Pipeline ownership:
- Carry a quarterly and annual target for qualified pipeline and closed business
- Build the forecast, report against it, and explain variance honestly and early
- Decide where effort moves when the number is at risk
Targeting and go-to-market:
- Define and refine the ideal customer profile across service lines and industries
- Segment by geography, company size, and buying trigger, and keep the value narrative current for each segment
- Identify which segments to expand into and which to stop spending on, with the case against your own recommendation stated alongside it
Campaign creation and management:
- Design full-funnel campaigns across outbound email, LinkedIn, calling, events, and content
- Set the single insight each campaign is built on, so every asset ladders back to one idea
- Build multi-touch nurture tracks for accounts that fit but are not in market yet
- Set stop conditions per campaign and channel in advance, and act on them
Salesforce ownership, expert level:
- Own Salesforce as a management instrument: object model, campaign architecture, lead and opportunity stages, routing rules, scoring, automation, forecasting, and attribution
- Build the reports and dashboards leadership plans against, and define the data quality rules that keep them trustworthy
- Decide what gets automated, what gets integrated, and what stays manual
Deliverability ownership, expert level:
- Own domain and mailbox strategy across the outbound programme: warm-up, rotation, volume ceilings, and reputation
- Set and audit SPF, DKIM, and DMARC policy, and run inbox placement testing
- Handle blacklist remediation and diagnose deliverability failures in-house
- Own suppression, opt-out, and compliance policy across markets
Conversion:
- Run discovery and qualification calls with owners, directors, and IT leaders
- Build proposals, pricing narratives, and commercial responses with delivery and finance
- Manage the handoff into delivery, so what was sold is what gets built
Team leadership:
- Manage, coach, and develop the Lead Generation Specialist and the Business Development Associate
- Set weekly targets, run pipeline reviews, review copy and call recordings, and give feedback that changes behaviour
- Hire into the team as it grows, and define progression for the people already in it
Tooling and reporting:
- Select, evaluate, and manage the outbound and enrichment stack, and hold vendors to account on cost and value
- Report on cost per qualified meeting, channel-level conversion, cycle length, and acquisition cost
- Build the annual plan for industry events and partner activity, with an expected return stated per commitment
