As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales process and building lasting client relationships. You will take ownership of client interactions from the first meeting to closing deals. Key Responsibilities:

Convert leads into active users and strategic partners;

Conduct meetings with decision-makers to understand their needs and position our services as the best solution.

Lead negotiations, address client concerns, and secure agreements with prospective clients.

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to foster repeat business.

Your ability to creatively identify new opportunities, build relationships, and close deals independently will be a key factor in your success and growth in this role. Taking initiative to expand our client base beyond the provided leads is highly valued and rewarded.

Requirements

Fluent English proficiency;

Sales experience in HR, consulting, outsourcing or related b2b fields;

Proven experience conducting chats and first contacting in English across various levels of complexity (required);

Excellent listening, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills;

Minimum of 3 years of general experience in sales, partnerships or business.
