As a Business Consultant at VK PREMIUM BUSINESS GROWTH CONSULTANTS, you will work closely with a team of professionals to translate business plans into action. You will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing project implementation (ESPA, Development Law), monitoring progress, and ensuring alignment with client objectives and timelines. By identifying challenges early and driving corrective actions, you will play a key role in delivering measurable results and optimizing client operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of customized business strategies for clients, leveraging available funding tools (ESPA, Development Law, RRF) to drive measurable results.
• Provide hands-on guidance on operational processes, supporting clients in implementing improvements and achieving efficiency gains.
• Work closely with customers & cross-functional teams to manage and execute projects, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and according to plan.
• Track, monitor, and evaluate project performance, making proactive adjustments to ensure objectives are fully met throughout implementation.

Requirements

What you bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business consulting or a similar role. In depth knowledge of Development Law is mandatory for this role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in data analysis and business intelligence tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in Greek and English.
