A Day in the Life
As a Business Center Associate based in Warsaw, you will support finance, customer, and shared services operations across international markets within Medtronic's global Business Center. We are seeking graduates and early-career professionals with professional proficiency in at least one of the following languages: French, Spanish, Italian, Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Finnish, or English. In this role, you will help deliver accurate, high-quality business processes, collaborate with stakeholders across multiple countries, and contribute to operational excellence through digital tools, continuous improvement, and customer-focused service.Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
Support daily business operations by processing transactions, maintaining documentation, and ensuring activities are completed in line with established processes, service-level expectations, and quality standards.
Manage stakeholder requests and enquiries, delivering professional, timely, and customer-focused support across multiple countries and business functions.
Maintain accurate data, operational records, and business information across systems, reporting tools, and workflows to support service delivery and compliance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues, support business objectives, and strengthen stakeholder relationships.
Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, standardisation, service quality, and overall effectiveness.
Support continuous improvement, automation, digital transformation, and workflow optimisation initiatives, contributing ideas that enhance business processes.
Use approved digital and AI-enabled tools responsibly while adhering to corporate policies, compliance requirements, process controls, and documentation standards.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Management.
Professional proficiency in English plus at least one of the following languages: French, Spanish, Italian, Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.

This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).
