In this dynamic environment, we are looking for an ambitious and self-driven Business Analyst – Senior Associate to join our Delivery Excellence and Innovation team in Athens.

In this role, you will act as a key link between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that integration and interoperability requirements are clearly defined, documented, and successfully delivered.

• Lead the analysis of system integrations and interoperability requirements across complex IT environments
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, external partners, and technical teams to gather and clarify requirements
• Analyze data flows, system dependencies, and integration points, ensuring alignment with business processes
• Translate business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications
• Document and maintain interfaces, APIs, data mappings, use cases, and process flows
• Work closely with developers, architects, testers, and project managers to ensure successful implementation
• Support testing activitie, interoperability validation, and UAT processes
• Provide guidance on integration technologies (APIs, REST/SOAP, XML/JSON, authentication, security)
• Identify opportunities to streamline integrations, improve data consistency, and enhance automation
• Contribute to client engagements by supporting solution design and delivery in integration-focused projects

What you bring matters

• University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
• Strong experience in roles such as Business Analyst, Technical Analyst, or Systems Analyst within IT projects
• Proven experience in system integrations and interoperability analysis and documentation
• Solid understanding of system integration principles and technologies (APIs, REST/SOAP services, XML/JSON, data mappings, messaging)
• Experience in writing functional and technical specifications
• Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into structured deliverables
• Familiarity with AI tools to enhance productivity and quality of deliverables
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge business and technical teams
• Experience working in multi-stakeholder, cross-functional environments
• Excellent command of Greek and English (spoken and written)
