Position Summary
Credence has an immediate need for a Business Analyst to support the analysis, documentation, and improvement of business processes and technology solutions. This role partners with stakeholders, developers, Scrum teams, and IT staff to gather requirements, create user stories, and translate business needs into effective solutions. The ideal candidate has experience with Agile methodologies, requirements management, and stakeholder collaboration, with a focus on process improvement and successful solution delivery.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below:
- Evaluate business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and recommend effective solutions.
- Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and system requirements.
- Create user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and business documentation to support Agile development efforts.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, Scrum Masters, developers, and IT teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Conduct requirements workshops, meetings, presentations, and stakeholder briefings.
- Support ServiceNow application implementation, enhancement, testing, and integration activities.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and help ensure project deliverables remain on track and aligned with business objectives.
- Analyze and validate solution designs, test results, and implemented functionality.
- Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and process improvement opportunities.
- Work with cross-functional teams to meet project milestones and client expectations.
- Document findings, recommendations, and project outcomes.
- Support multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
Requirements
- US citizenship with Active Secret Clearance is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 2-4 years of experience gathering and documenting business requirements in an Agile environment.
- Demonstrated experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and business requirements documentation.
- Experience collaborating with business stakeholders, developers, and cross-functional teams to deliver software solutions.
- Ability to analyze business processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience supporting users by investigating, communicating, and resolving issues.
- Knowledge of Agile Scrum methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Experience with Jira and Agile project management tools strongly preferred.
- ServiceNow experience strongly preferred.
- Experience with data analysis, reporting, knowledge management, or data visualization tools preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Experience eliciting requirements, validating solutions, and supporting testing activities is a plus.
Salary Range: $104,000 - $125,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on the selected candidate's experience, education, certifications, skills, and overall qualifications.
