Overview

As a Business Analyst, you will sit at the heart of our product delivery process, helping teams translate business needs into valuable software solutions. Work closely with Product, Design, Engineering and QA to ensure that discovery outcomes, stakeholder feedback and business requirements are clearly understood, documented and carried through the delivery lifecycle. You will ensure alignment is maintained between user needs, product objectives and the delivered solutions.
You'll challenge complexity, promote incremental delivery, and help teams transform ideas into clear, testable and high-quality outcomes.

Your Role

Roles & Responsibilities

• Own the team's shared understanding of business needs, user outcomes and delivery scope, ensuring work is ready, valuable and deliverable.
• Facilitate Three Amigos sessions to drive shared understanding across business, Product Management, UX, Development and QA
• Support the Product Manager by providing analysis and evidence supporting product decisions
• Capture, analyse and consolidate business and user requirements and whilst maintaining traceability to the delivered solution
• Shape and refine work into valuable, deliverable increments
• Define clear user stories and acceptance criteria
• Challenge assumptions
• Identify risks, dependencies and delivery impacts
• Ensure user stories meet the Definition of Ready
• Support sprint planning and delivery ceremonies
• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels and gather feedback accordingly

About You

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience working as a Business Analyst within software delivery teams
• Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills
• Experience facilitating workshops and requirements discovery sessions
• Ability to create clear user stories and acceptance criteria
• Experience working within iterative delivery environments such as
  Scrum, Agile or similar frameworks
• Working experience with Azure DevOps
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience managing competing priorities and evolving requirements
• Passion for quality, continuous improvement and delivering user value

• Product, Design, Engineering and QA maintain a shared understanding of what is being delivered

• Delivery teams can progress work with minimal ambiguity
• Product Managers have the information needed to make informed decisions
• Delivered solutions align with validated business and user needs
