Summary:
As a Business Analyst, a typical day involves examining the structure and operations of an organization to understand how its processes and systems function together. This role requires evaluating the existing business model and how it aligns with technological components. The professional spends time identifying the needs of customers and stakeholders, envisioning future improvements or solutions, and gathering relevant information from various sources to support informed decision-making. Collaboration and detailed analysis are key aspects of the daily routine, ensuring that the organization s goals and technology strategies are effectively integrated and aligned.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying gaps and recommending enhancements.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing knowledge to foster professional growth.

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Architecture.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise between stakeholders and technical teams.
- Ability to synthesize complex information and present clear, actionable insights.
- Experience in designing and documenting business models and workflows.
- Capability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Business Architecture.
- This position is based at our BDC11 - SEZ location.
