Your role
You will join a broader Innovation Management team of 80 highly skilled professionals in Innovation, Operations, Supply Chain, Sustainability and Program Management.
You will collaborate closely with Philips businesses and functions in operationalizing their strategic ambitions by co-leading and participating in projects and programs improving end-to-end business outcomes, using lean, agile, quality and data and AI driven approaches.
You will work with seasoned professionals who provide you with the opportunity to rapidly learn from their expertise and grow in specific areas of Innovation, Operations, Supply Chain and/or Sustainability.
You are responsible for your own development through training and project-based learning, gaining experience across various Philips businesses, building a large network, and participating in diverse projects to grow and utilize your talents.
Next to that you contribute and participate in acquisition and competence management activities of the Innovation Management team.
You work in a hybrid model, at the Philips office at the High Tech Campus in Eindhoven (minimum 3 days per week).
You're the right fit if
You have a Master's degree in a technical, science, business, or related discipline and outstanding scholarly results, supplemented with extra-curricular activities.
You have 2-5 years experience in mainly Innovation and Operations domain, preferably a high-tech / health-tech regulated environment and/or at a management consulting firm.
You are used to work in complex settings, with multiple stakeholders, meeting demanding deadlines on time and with quality
You have strong analytical, change management, communication and interpersonal skills.
You have advanced skills in using Excel, PowerPoint, Data & Analytics tools and proven track record in applying AI across multiple use cases to deliver workflow efficiencies and bring innovative solutions.
In addition, you are:
A self-starter who is driven by building new and/or improving running business, having a customer oriented mindset and the ability to team up easily and effectively with your colleagues and clients to achieve maximum impact for Philips.
Able to gain trust, persuade, and create strong relationships.
A team player who motivates your colleagues to excel.
Fluent in English, preferably understanding Dutch.
Compensation & benefits
Doing meaningful work should come with fair, transparent rewards. The base salary range for this role is € 61,185 – € 101,976 . We determine pay within the range using objective factors, like the skills the role requires, your relevant experience and the responsibility you'll have in this role, alongside internal equity and local market considerations.
This role is eligible for annual bonus with your rewards linked to KPIs and the company’s performance.
