Your mission as a Project Manager

Your main role will be to ensure the success and performance of your project. You will be responsible for:

1. Project management :

- Guarantee the quality of customer relations by achieving the objectives set with management.

- Analyze project performance indicators (profitability, volume, quality) and define necessary action plans.

- Ensure compliance with quality standards (ISO, NF345, LRS).

- Manage setups of new activities and ensure availability of human and technical resources.

2. Customer relationship management:

- Prepare and lead customer meetings (COPROD, COPIL) and site visits.

- Ensure clear and regular reporting, while adding value to the project.

3. Team management and development:

- Manage, motivate and support your supervisors and their teams to ensure they develop their skills.

- Identify training needs and contribute to talent retention.

- Communicate the company's values and strategy while maintaining a collaborative work environment.

The profile we're looking for

We're looking for talent with :

- At least 3 years' higher education.

- Significant project management experience, ideally in a call center environment.

- Solid data analysis skills and proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

- The ability to take on challenges, make proposals and rally people around common objectives.

- Language skills: French and English fluency written and verbal
