What would you do? • Accenture is looking for an experienced Associate Manager to lead Client Experience Technology Operations and Program Management for our Client Hosting Spaces and Executive Experience Centers. • This role is responsible for delivering seamless technology-enabled client experiences across innovation centers, executive briefing facilities, boardrooms, collaboration spaces, auditoriums, and showcase environments. • Drive end-to-end readiness and operational excellence of client hosting spaces and executive experience centers. Support high-impact client visits, executive briefings, innovation showcases, leadership forums, workshops, and strategic business events.Establish governance processes, readiness reviews, and dry-run mechanisms to ensure flawless execution.Act as escalation point for critical client-facing technolgy • Digital transformation is the incorporation of computer based technologies into an organizations products, processes and strategies.The successful candidate will combine operational leadership, AV technology expertise, strategic program management, and stakeholder engagement to support high-profile client visits, executive events, and transformation initiatives.
What are we looking for? • Oversee enterprise collaboration and AV technologies including: Microsoft Teams Rooms,Video conferencing platforms,Interactive displays,Digital signage solutions, LED video walls,Boardroom and auditorium technologies. • Ensure high availability, reliability, and continuous improvement of workplace technology services. • Lead technology refresh initiatives, modernization programs, and operational optimization efforts. • Drive Program & Project Management- Manage multiple complex programs and initiatives simultaneously. • Build Strong Stakeholder Relationships • Drive Operational Excellence
Roles and Responsibilities: • Lead Client Experience Operations • • Drive end-to-end readiness and operational excellence of client hosting spaces and executive experience centers. • • Support high-impact client visits, executive briefings, innovation showcases, leadership forums, workshops, and strategic business events. • • Establish governance processes, readiness reviews, and dry-run mechanisms to ensure flawless execution. • • Act as the escalation point for critical client-facing technology incidents and service disruptions. • Drive Program & Project Management • • Manage multiple complex programs and initiatives simultaneously. • • Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, governance forums, risk registers, and executive communications. • • Coordinate cross-functional teams across Technology, Facilities, Workplace Services, Procurement, Information Security, and Operations. • • Deliver strategic workplace transformation and client experience enhancement initiatives. • Build Strong Stakeholder Relationships • • Partner with business leadership, sales teams, account leadership, and workplace operations teams. • • Influence decision-making through data-driven insights and recommendations. • • Manage vendor relationships, contracts, service levels, and technology partners. • • Provide executive-level reporting and updates on operational and program performance. • Drive Operational Excellence • • Develop operating procedures, governance frameworks, service standards, and performance metrics. • • Monitor technology health, service performance, incident trends, and customer satisfaction. • • Identify opportunities for automation, innovation, and continuous improvement. • • Ensure compliance with security, operational, and workplace standards
