At Super Soccer Stars Brooklyn, our mission is to provide the highest-quality soccer experience for young children by creating a fun, engaging, and supportive environment where every child can thrive. Through positive coaching and age-appropriate instruction, we strive to instill healthy habits, teach valuable life skills, and create memorable first experiences with sports for every family we serve.
The Position:
We are looking to hire an energetic and fun-loving Brooklyn Lead Soccer Coach who will lead our children in fun and educational activities, while ensuring safety for all.
This position is ideal for someone who has an interest in pursuing early childhood education, child development or a career in coaching. Coaches can work *5-15 classes a week.

- Our Coaches use positive reinforcement to encourage children to do better and celebrate success
- And finally, our coaches have a blast. They strive to be better by attending regular trainings and following the Super Soccer Stars provided Coaching curriculum.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience coaching soccer at various youth levels is a plus.
- Possession of relevant coaching certifications/licenses preferred.
- Experience working with young children through soccer coaching, daycare or preschool teaching, camp counseling, or acting.
- Experience interacting with parents or guardians, for example giving class updates, handling pickup conversations, or addressing concerns.
- Can work with ages 1 to 10 years old.
- Willing to travel to various locations and carry equipment.
- Flexibility to work morning classes, after-school classes, and weekend shifts from 8:30 AM to 1:00 PM.
- Eligible to work in the United States.
