About this role:

At Wells Fargo, a Brokerage Client Assistant helps drive an exceptional client experience. You will work closely with Financial Advisors and cross-functional partners to support client needs, enhance service delivery, and build strong relationships. You’ll serve as a key point of contact for clients, managing day-to-day service requests, supporting account maintenance, and ensuring operational excellence.

In this role, you will:

• Support the Financial Advisory teams and their clients by providing account servicing, maintenance, new account opening, and completing various other administrative tasks
• Identify ways to improve Associate Support Team (AST) Brokerage Client Support processes and offer AST Brokerage Client Support work group ideas
• Perform moderately complex administrative and operational tasks within AST Brokerage Client Support functional area
• Assist with day-to-day client servicing requests
• Responding to inquiries and requests for researching account related issues
• Receive direction from supervisor and Financial Advisory functional area and escalate non-routine questions
• Interact with Financial Advisory functional area and AST leadership on wide range of inquiries or requests

Required Qualifications:

• 1+ years of Brokerage and Client Services experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training or education

Desired Qualifications:

• 1+ years relevant experience in brokerage operations, financial services and investment back-office
• Strong understanding of US brokerage account types, securities and basic investment products
• Familiarity with trade lifecycles, settlement processes and reconciliations
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy and documentation skills
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

• Willing to work US hours
• Willing to work onsite (BGC office)
