What You’ll Be Doing
Social media & branding
- Develop daily online media strategy (including but not limited to X), to boost engagement and brand visibility globally.
- Create, curate, and schedule compelling content that ties into trending discussions, audience behaviors, Web3 mentalities with OKX's messaging.
- Monitor online media channels, respond to audience interactions, track performance metrics, iterate strategies and report on ROI to refine content and campaign approaches.
Team collaboration
- Work closely with marketing, product and other Web3 teams to align online media efforts with the company's broader goals.
- Bring fresh, creative ideas to the table during brainstorming sessions and cross- functional projects.
Executive support
- Manage and handles administrative tasks for executive support, including but not limited to scheduling business meetings, organizing travel, planning and organizing events and logistics.
- Anticipate needs, handle confidential tasks with discretion.
What We Look For In You
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Experienced in cross-departmental stakeholder communication and management, with proficiency in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English (written and spoken).
- Proven ability to produce engaging social media content, with a knack for spotting trends and audience behaviors. Portfolio of successful campaigns will be a plus.
- Skill in crafting punchy tweets, threads, and creative briefs for visuals and videos that resonate with crypto-native audiences in global markets.
- Thrive under pressure, pivot strategies quickly, and deliver high-quality work in a fast-moving industry.
- Curious, creative, and unafraid to experiment. A self-starter who balances independence with teamwork.
Nice to have

Sound understanding of crypto culture, trending topics, and audience psychology

Ability to speak the language of Web3, Meme, or blockchain ecosystems.

Experience in social media management, branding or digital marketing, preferably in tech/crypto/Web3.

Experience using social analytics tools (e.g. Hoostuite, Sprout Social).

Network within Web3 communities or influencers.
