Brand Marketing Specialist - Alani Nu

Position Overview

The Alani Nu Brand Marketing Specialist is a culture-obsessed, consumer-centric marketer who helps bring the brand to life through impactful marketing initiatives, compelling storytelling, and seamless execution. This role plays a key part in supporting brand-building efforts that strengthen consumer engagement, increase brand visibility, and elevate how Alani Nu shows up across culture and the marketplace.

In this role, you'll work cross-functionally across the Marketing and Commercial organization to support key marketing initiatives through consumer insights, trend analysis, campaign support, partnerships, and brand storytelling. From identifying emerging trends and supporting brand activations to developing presentations and campaign recaps, you'll help execute programs that strengthen consumer connection and reinforce Alani Nu's position as a leading lifestyle brand.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, creatively driven, analytically minded, and deeply connected to culture, trends, and consumer behavior. Requirements

• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a similar role in CPG or lifestyle marketing, brand, or a related field
• Strong organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Comfortable reviewing analytics and translating data into actionable recommendations and insights
• Strong presentation and deck-building skills
• Highly collaborative with strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented mindset
• Naturally curious with strong awareness of cultural trends, emerging brands, and consumer behavior
• Passionate about pop culture, marketing, and staying ahead of trends and what's next
• Existing network or familiarity with relevant industry contacts is a plus
• Experience working on Monday.com, Mural, and SharePoint is a plus
• Passion for brand building and creating impactful consumer-facing moments

Key Responsibilities

Brand Marketing

• Support the development and execution of brand marketing initiatives that strengthen consumer engagement, brand awareness, and cultural relevance.
• Identify emerging trends, consumer insights, and marketplace opportunities that can inform future marketing efforts.
• Monitor competitor activity, consumer behavior, and industry trends to support marketing recommendations and planning.
• Contribute ideas that help strengthen brand positioning, storytelling, and consumer connection.
• Assist in bringing marketing campaigns and brand initiatives to life across multiple consumer touchpoints.

Consumer Engagement

• Support the planning and execution of partnerships, activations, and brand initiatives that enhance visibility and consumer engagement.
• Assist in researching and coordinating brand collaborations and external opportunities aligned with marketing objectives.
• Help support brand presence across key consumer-facing moments, events, and experiential activations.
• Coordinate logistics, communication, and executional support for select marketing initiatives and events.
• Contribute creative ideas that help the brand show up in innovative, culturally relevant, and memorable ways.
• Support post-event and campaign recaps by gathering insights, performance metrics, and key learnings.

Analytics & Insights

• Review campaign, social, and brand performance metrics to identify key insights and opportunities.
• Analyze consumer engagement trends and marketing performance to help inform future initiatives.
• Support the development of campaign recaps and performance summaries for internal stakeholders.
• Help identify opportunities to strengthen messaging, content, and consumer touchpoints.

Brand Storytelling

• Create visually compelling presentations and marketing materials for internal planning and external opportunities.
• Translate insights, concepts, and recommendations into clear and engaging storytelling.
• Maintain consistency with brand voice, visual identity, and strategic messaging across materials.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner cross-functionally with Brand Marketing, Creative, Social, Influencer, PR, Commercial, and other internal teams.
• Support timelines, communication, and coordination across multiple marketing initiatives.
• Assist with additional brand marketing projects and team needs as they arise.

The base pay range for this position is for a successful candidate within the state listed. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on multiple factors, such as work location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, and experience. Celsius is a total rewards company. This position may be eligible for other compensation, including bonuses and Restricted Stock Units (subject to company plans).
