JOB PURPOSE:

The Brand Manager – Ostocalcium role will deliver sustainable business growth by shaping brand strategy, identifying consumer and category opportunities, leading innovation and communication plans, and ensuring effective commercialization across channels and markets

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

•  Deliver topline, P&L and full year plans for the brand. 

• Strategize and execute to deliver aligned brand objectives – to accelerate brand penetration gains. 

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and activations to drive brand growth and market share gains. 

• Create and execute innovative, consumer-centric marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, traditional, in-store, Dcomm etc). 

• Drive product positioning, ensuring alignment with consumer needs, market trends, and company objectives.  

• Performance management & Budgeting- Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with budget and objectives. Track campaign performance, analyze results, and adjust strategies for optimal ROI.  

• Influence senior cross-functional stakeholders to align commercial, category, sales, and marketing priorities. 

• Provide strategic direction to agencies and internal teams to ensure consistent brand positioning. 

• Cross functional collaboration and Agency Management. 

Why you?

Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

• MBA/masters from an institute of repute. 

• Minimum 4 years of total experience, with 2+ years in brand management. 

• Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills. 

•  Proven experience in developing and executing brand strategies and integrated marketing campaigns.  

• Strong understanding of consumer insights, market research, brand equity, and portfolio management.  

• Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Insights, and R&D.  

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations. 

Preferred Qualifications:

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

• Experience in FMCG or consumer healthcare sector. 

• Demonstrated track record of driving business growth, market share gains, or successful innovation launches. 

• Experience leading agencies and mentoring junior brand marketers.  

• Strong strategic thinking, influencing skills, and ability to operate in a fast-paced, matrix organization.
