Purpose of the Job

• To lead the end-to-end commercial strategy and market development for Lokelma, maximizing growth and patient access in the non-reimbursed market. This role is responsible for strengthening Lokelma's market leadership, expanding adoption across healthcare settings, and driving sustainable business growth by delivering meaningful clinical value to healthcare professionals and patients.

Typical Accountabilities

• Brand Strategy & Execution Develop and execute integrated brand strategies and tactical plans to accelerate Lokelma adoption, maximize brand performance, and achieve short- and long-term business objectives.
• Market Development & Access Expansion Lead market development initiatives to expand patient access and treatment adoption, partnering with internal and external stakeholders to support reimbursement, hospital listing, and broader market shaping efforts.
• KOL & Scientific Engagement Build and maintain strategic partnerships with Key Opinion Leaders and scientific societies to generate insights, strengthen advocacy, and support evidence-based clinical adoption.
• Omnichannel Customer Engagement Design and implement customer-centric engagement programs across digital and traditional channels to enhance awareness, consideration, and prescribing behavior.
• Cross-functional Leadership Collaborate closely with Medical, Market Access, Sales, Commercial Excellence, and Corporate Affairs teams to ensure aligned execution and maximize business impact.
• Business Performance Management Monitor market dynamics, manage A&P investments, deliver accurate forecasts, and identify opportunities to drive sustainable business growth.

Functional Capabilities (most critical to this position)

• Strategic Brand Planning: Ability to analyze market dynamics and competitor landscapes to develop robust launch strategies.
• Clinical Insight Translation: Proficiency in translating complex clinical trial data into compelling commercial narratives for HCPs.
• Digital Excellence: Proven skill in designing integrated campaigns utilizing innovative digital platforms and data-driven optimization.
• Stakeholder Management: Strong interpersonal skills to build long-term scientific partnerships with key stakeholders.
• Financial Acumen: Expertise in accurate sales forecasting and strategic allocation of resources to maximize ROI.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or Business preferred). Minimum 3-5 years of pharmaceutical marketing experience.

Desired Skills or Requirements

• Experience in managing pre-launch activities Advanced English proficiency for seamless communication with global/regional teams.
