Role Title: Brand and Social Creative Expert

Role Type: Contractor

Location: Remote

Opportunity Snapshot

Pay: $55 to $100 per hour

Location: Fully remote, worldwide

You’ll need: Professional experience creating or directing brand, marketing or social media creative for a company, agency or client

Your tasks: Review creative work and briefs, judge quality, brand fit and platform fit, and explain your decisions in writing

You’ll review marketing and social media creative work and judge it: what is working, what isn’t, and why. This is a good fit if you work as a brand creative, creative strategist, art director, social media creative or content lead and make decisions about what gets published.

Scope of Work

1. Look at creative pieces (posts, ads, videos, campaign ideas) and judge which one is stronger for a given goal and audience.
2. Check that a piece fits the brief and the brand’s voice and rules.
3. Judge if a piece fits the platform where it will run.
4. Flag claims, disclosures, rights or policy problems.
5. Write a short explanation for each decision so a reviewer can follow your reasoning.

What we’re looking for

1. Professional work as a brand creative, creative strategist, art director, copywriter, social media creative, content lead or creative producer.
2. Experience with real campaigns: briefs, approvals, publishing and results.
3. Familiarity with how at least two major platforms work (for example Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn or paid social).
4. Comfort explaining why one piece works and another doesn’t.
5. Clear written English

How the selection process works

1. Apply with your resume and a short profile.
2. Complete the curation interview. It is a short conversation about your experience with exhibitions, collections and attribution. You don’t need to prepare, look at anything or write anything. Finishing it is what moves your application forward.
3. Review. We check your experience against what the project needs.
4. Onboarding and first task. If selected, you get the guidelines and start with an initial task, which is reviewed before you continue.
