We’re Hiring: BPO Team Lead - Life Insurance

Location: DXC Manila IPC McKinley Hill, Taguig City
Employment Type: Full Time

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and monitor business process transactions, focusing on accuracy and efficiency.
• Contribute to process improvements, data analysis, and reporting.
• Collaborate with senior analysts, managers, and other team members.
• Identify and troubleshoot process bottlenecks and errors.
• Ensure compliance with established quality standards.
• Provide insights for enhancing process performance.
• Analyze and interpret data to support decision-making.
• Assist in developing and documenting process guidelines.

• Accountable for the overall service delivery and performance of the team
• SME and responsible for the day-to- day management of a team of Customer Service Representatives
• Effectively communicate business expectations, provide updates, and ensuring the team is well equipped to delivery excellent service to customers by providing training and mentoring
• Creating and maintaining reports to validate team's activities
A partner of Quality and Operations Team in monitoring the team's service delivery
• Expertise in Performance/Client Management

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as Team Lead handling Life and Annuity Insurance in business process transactions industry.
• Typically, 5+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role

• Must have at least 2 years people management experience

• Experience in managing Life Insurance products, services and operations for at least 2 years

• Strong Life insurance product, services and process understanding and background

• Flexible working hours- ability to work in shifts and adapt to new demand; Multitasker

• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Preferably college graduate of any 4 year course (educational degree not required)

• Proficiencies in business process management and optimization.
• A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology
