Your Success Matter to Us:
Competitive compensation with bonus potential! Rates from $20-$29/hr for RBTs.
Up to 4 weeks of Paid Time Off – We recognize that our teammates have important aspects of their lives outside of work. We believe ample time off is needed to stay happy, relaxed and engaged for our patients.
Guaranteed Full-Time Hours - We promise to provide you full-time compensation regardless of patient cancellations because that is the right thing to do to support our teammates.
Ongoing Training and Development – We provide paid training for entry-level BTs AND continuous development for our experienced RBTs.
Direct support and guidance from a dedicated treatment team of one BCBA and a united team of RBTs.
