Sobre el puesto
Desde Ogilvy Madrid buscamos un/a Events Production Intern para incorporarse a nuestro equipo de producción de eventos.
Buscamos una persona con interés por el mundo de los eventos, la creatividad y las experiencias de marca, con ganas de aprender y participar en proyectos para grandes marcas de distintos sectores, como lifestyle, belleza, lujo, salud y corporate.
Tareas y responsabilidades
Apoyo en la producción y organización de eventos: colaboración en las distintas fases de desarrollo de eventos, acciones especiales y experiencias de marca.
Ayuda en la preparación de propuestas: búsqueda de localizaciones, investigación de referencias, tendencias e inspiración creativa para nuevos proyectos.
Soporte en la coordinación de materiales de producción: apoyo en la elaboración de presentaciones, timings, escaletas, materiales gráficos y documentación de los eventos.
Aprender sobre la gestión de proveedores: colaboración en la búsqueda de proveedores, solicitud de presupuestos y seguimiento de las necesidades de producción.
Apoyo en la gestión presupuestaria: colaboración en la elaboración y actualización de presupuestos, seguimiento de costes y gestión administrativa de los proyectos.
Ayuda con la ejecución de eventos: apoyo al equipo durante el montaje, desarrollo y desmontaje de las acciones, con participación en eventos presenciales.
Cooperación en investigación de tendencias: seguimiento de novedades del sector, nuevos formatos experienciales, propuestas creativas y acciones de la competencia.
Requisitos
Formación: estudiante de Marketing, Publicidad y Relaciones Públicas, Comunicación, Organización de Eventos o formación similar.
Inglés: nivel intermedio-alto o avanzado, tanto oral como escrito.
Herramientas informáticas: buen manejo de Microsoft Office, especialmente PowerPoint y Excel. Se valorarán conocimientos de Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator y otras herramientas de diseño.
Competencias: organización, atención al detalle, proactividad, iniciativa, capacidad de aprendizaje, habilidades comunicativas y trabajo en equipo.
