The Bartender is responsible for preparing beverages and delivering exceptional guest service at the bars at our off-site restaurant. This role ensures accuracy, consistency, and compliance with all alcohol service regulations.

What You’ll Do
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards
- Provide attentive and engaging service to bar guests
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of the bar area
- Monitor and restock inventory, glassware, and supplies
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately
- Verify guest identification and ensure compliance with alcohol service laws
- Maintain knowledge of beverage offerings and promotions
- Assist with bar setup, breakdown, and side work
- Communicate effectively with team members and leadership
What are we looking for?
Who You Are
- Previous bartending experience required
- Knowledge of mixology, spirits, wine, and beer
- Strong guest service and multitasking skills
- Food Safety Certification and Wisconsin Alcohol Beverage Certification required within 30 days of starting and must be re-certified as needed
- Bartender license for Baraboo area required
