JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Schedule: Shifts will be scheduled between 6a-7p, 28 hours/week. Includes a mandatory every other weekend and every other holiday rotation

• Prepare and serve Starbucks beverages and food items according to recipes and standards
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service
• Operate the POS system and process transactions accurately
• Stock and replenish food, beverage, and retail items
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment
• Monitor product quality and follow food safety guidelines
• Support team operations and assist with other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift, carry, stock, push, and pull supplies and equipment
• Ability to bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• 1-2 years Barista experience or equivalent
• Preferred: High school diploma or equivalent
