General Purpose

· Prepare and maintain batched alcoholic products to recipe and quality standards

· Support efficient beverage operations through organized production and storage practices

· Ensure readiness for service through accurate batching, labeling, and stock levels

· Assist with inventory organization, receiving, and product rotation

· Maintain compliance with sanitation, safety, and alcohol handling standards

· Act as a reliable operational partner to bar leadership and the beverage team

Key Metrics

Batching Production & Quality

· Prepare batched alcoholic products according to approved recipes and par levels

· Accurately measure, mix, portion, label, date, and store all batched products

· Maintain consistency in flavor, quality, and presentation standards across all batches

· Ensure all recipes are followed precisely to support consistency across service periods

· Support timely production to meet daily and weekly outlet needs

Operational Readiness

· Ensure batched products are prepared and available in alignment with service demands

· Maintain organized batching, prep, and storage areas to support operational efficiency

· Communicate low stock levels, production needs, and shortages to beverage leadership

· Support smooth transitions between service periods by maintaining proper pars and readiness

· Assist in maintaining a clean and efficient back-of-house beverage support environment

Inventory & Cost Control

· Assist with monthly inventory process for spirits, mixers, juices, syrups, and batching ingredients

· Support receiving, stocking, organization, and rotation procedures

· Monitor product usage and communicate replenishment needs

· Ensure FIFO standards are consistently followed

· Support reduction of waste through proper measuring, storage, labeling, and handling

· Assist in maintaining product integrity through proper preservation and storage standards

Compliance & Safety

· Adhere to all health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol handling compliance standards

· Follow all company policies related to responsible alcohol preparation and storage

· Ensure all products are labeled, dated, and stored properly

· Maintain cleanliness and organization of batching areas, refrigeration, and storage spaces

· Escalate product, safety, or operational concerns to management when necessary

Team Support

· Work collaboratively with bar leadership and service teams to support outlet needs

· Provide consistent communication regarding production status and inventory concerns

· Support new menu rollouts, seasonal beverage changes, and batching updates

· Assist with maintaining recipe accuracy and production consistency during transitions

· Contribute to a positive and accountable team environment through reliability and attention to detail

Culture & Accountability

· Lead by example through professionalism, organization, and consistency

· Demonstrate strong attention to detail in all aspects of production and storage

· Support a positive, efficient, and collaborative team culture

· Take ownership of daily batching responsibilities and service preparedness

Responsibilities

· Batching Production: Prepare alcoholic beverage batches according to approved recipes, pars, and operational standards

· Quality Control: Ensure consistency, accuracy, and product integrity in all batched items

· Labeling & Storage: Accurately label, date, organize, and store all prepared products

· Inventory Support: Assist with inventory counts, receiving, stocking, and rotation procedures

· Operational Support: Maintain batching readiness and communicate product needs to support service flow

· Sanitation & Compliance: Uphold cleanliness, organization, food safety, and alcohol handling standards

· Menu Support: Assist with transitions, recipe updates, and seasonal beverage program changes

· Team Collaboration: Partner with beverage leadership and bar team to support smooth daily operations

Qualifications

· Previous bar, beverage, restaurant, or batching experience preferred

· Experience working with recipes, measurements, and production sheets

· Strong attention to detail and commitment to consistency

· Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment

· Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain clean, orderly workspaces

· Knowledge of sanitation, safe storage, and beverage handling standards preferred

· Ability to lift, carry, and move products safely and work on foot for extended periods

· Reliable attendance, punctuality, and schedule flexibility required

Development Expectations

· Build knowledge of batching recipes, beverage specifications, and production standards

· Support outlet beverage initiatives through accurate and timely batch preparation

· Demonstrate operational reliability through organization, consistency, and accountability

· Continue developing product knowledge and inventory awareness within beverage operations

· Actively build skills necessary for advancement into broader beverage support and bar operations roles
