Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for coordinating and supporting the day to day operation in Banquet department in terms of Administration and Documentation
• Print out all received BEO, work closely with Sale Team to keep track and update on any amendment and change log and acknowledge the concerned banquet team member
• Prepare all related printing materials (menu insert, guest name card, dish tag, signage, etc.) according to BEO. Make sure they are in good condition with no grammatical or spelling mistake
• Collect and update the information of all casual staff and keep in a confidential manner
• Prepare the weekly casual requisition flow as instruct by manager(s), trace on every steps throughout the whole process (Call for duty, security access, sign in/out, payment, etc.) and co-work with concerned departments to ensure the smooth and effective functioning of the flow
• Ensure all casual staff related record, BEO and pre/post event documents and photos are being properly sorted, filed, recorded and stored

Job Requirements:

• At least 1 year's experience in hotel food and beverage department with knowledge of banquet operation.
• Diploma or above in Hotel or related disciplines
• Excellent language skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Must be able to work various shifts including weekends and holiday
• Knowledgeable in purchasing procedures
