1. Responsible for MPP fulfillment for FSC, ASL & FSC admin in Banca PSLA

2. Responsible for conducting interview with all related candidates & users in PSLA &/ Bank Partner.

3. Responsible to monitor all process in recruitment on boarding & off boarding are in line with SOP & company/regulatory procedure.

4. No audit finding with high-risk category in recruitment area of responsibility.

5. Monitor retention and attrition rate for FSC, ASL & FSC admin in Banca PSLA.

6. Proactive and initiative for any projects that support MPP fulfillment Sales force in Banca PSLA.

7. Responsible to monitor sales force quality and improvement (collaborate with BLI & BBQ Banca PSLA)

8. Involving in any project for recruitment area of responsibilty
