About Four Seasons Hotel Rabat Kasr Al Bahr, Morocco:

This incredible hotel project located in the capital of Morocco sits on 15 acres and consists of 13 buildings for accommodation, restaurants, lobby, located within lush gardens, indoor and outdoor pools and overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.

The Role of Commis Baker:

We currently have an opportunity for a Commis Baker to join our Four Seasons Hotel Rabat Kasr Al Bahr team in Morocco.

Reporting to the Pastry Chef, the Commis Baker is responsible for preparing, baking, and presenting a variety of breads, pastries, viennoiseries, and other bakery products while maintaining the highest standards of quality, consistency, food safety, and hygiene.

Responsibilities include preparing ingredients according to established recipes, operating and maintaining bakery equipment, monitoring baking processes, ensuring proper storage and stock rotation of products, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. The Commis Baker supports efficient bakery operations by adhering to food safety procedures, minimizing waste, and collaborating with the culinary team to deliver exceptional products and memorable guest experiences.

Our Ideal Commis Baker Candidate Will Have:

Candidates must have a minimum of one year of baking, pastry, or related culinary experience in a luxury hotel, resort, bakery, or upscale restaurant environment. A strong understanding of baking techniques, food safety standards, and kitchen operations is preferred. The ideal candidate demonstrates attention to detail, creativity, teamwork, and the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Fluency in French, Arabic, and English is preferred for this location, along with eligibility to work in Morocco.
