As an Azure Agentic Engineering Lead, you will drive software and product innovation, focusing on developing transformative software solutions that meet the evolving needs of clients. Within our Cloud Engineering, Data & Analytics practice, you will leverage your skills to design, code, and test applications that enhance business performance and deliver exceptional user experiences. As a Senior Manager, you will apply your professional knowledge to deliver quality results, motivate and coach teams, and solve complex problems. You will validate outcomes with clients, share alternative perspectives, and act on client feedback, contributing to the success of our firm.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Mexico, you will lead large projects and innovate processes, focusing on achieving results and maintaining operational excellence. You will interact with clients at a strategic level, driving overall project success. Your ability to develop and sustain diverse and inclusive teams, along with your commitment to excellence, will be pivotal in advancing our firm's objectives. You will apply systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities, demonstrating composure through challenging situations and making informed decisions to resolve issues hindering team effectiveness.

Responsibilities

- Leading the development and implementation of innovative software solutions to drive digital transformation
- Managing and guiding teams in designing, coding, and testing applications that enhance user experiences
- Utilizing advanced programming languages such as Java, Python, and C++ to create robust software architectures
- Overseeing the integration of enterprise applications and confirming seamless functionality across platforms
- Applying systems thinking to identify and address underlying problems and opportunities in software projects
- Directing the team through complex and ambiguous situations, maintaining composure and focus
- Validating outcomes with clients and incorporating feedback to refine software solutions
- Promoting the adoption of continuous integration and delivery practices to improve software development efficiency
- Coaching and mentoring team members to foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning
- Collaborating with stakeholders to align software development initiatives with business objectives

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 10 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
