Job Description

Key responsibilities

MI Production & Reporting

• Develop, maintain, and automate periodic MI reports across key business metrics.
• Manage dashboards to support senior management oversight and strategic decision-making.
• Ensure consistency and standardisation of reporting.

Data Analysis & Insight Generation

• Analyse trends, variances, and performance drivers across financial and non-financial metrics.
• Translate data into actionable insights to support business unit’s risk management.

Data Governance & Quality Assurance

• Ensure data integrity, completeness, and accuracy in line with internal data governance standards.
• Perform validation checks across multiple data sources.
• Support data lineage documentation and ensure traceability of MI outputs.

Risk & Compliance Oversight

• Ensure MI outputs meet regulatory and internal governance requirements.
• Support audit reviews and provide documentation evidencing data controls and reporting processes.
• Monitor key risk indicators and escalate material deviations to relevant stakeholders.

Job Requirement

Experience

• 2-3 years of experience in MI reporting, data analytics, preferably within banking or financial services.
• Experience supporting senior management reporting and regulatory submissions is preferred.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in data tools (e.g. Excel, Power BI).
• Strong understanding of data structures, data modelling, and reporting frameworks.
• Experience with automation tools and data pipelines is an advantage.

• Ability to translate complex data into clear, concise insights
• Demonstrated aptitude toward Data Storytelling and Root Cause Analysis using data Analytics.
