Job Duties:                                  

Business & Design Collaboration

• Partner with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for Micro-UIs.
• Work closely with the underwriting workbench and implementation teams to define Micro-UI integration patterns.
• Collaborate with UI/UX teams to design wireframes and ensure seamless user experience.

Solution Architecture & Development

• Architect and design solutions on the Unqork platform to meet business and technical requirements.
• Develop and implement front-end architecture supporting Micro-UIs and related microservices.
• Design and build reusable Unqork components and automation capabilities.

Delivery Leadership

• Lead and mentor a team of Unqork engineers to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Establish and maintain Unqork environments, ensuring stability and scalability.
• Drive adherence to best practices, governance, and coding standards for Unqork development.

Innovation & Thought Leadership

• Provide strategic guidance and thought leadership on emerging technologies and innovative approaches.
• Support and coach resources within Strategy and Innovation as Unqork capabilities expand.
• Continuously explore and recommend new techniques to enhance platform performance and user experience.             

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field plus 10 years of experience in the job offered or as Software Engineer or related position.

Must have:

• 5 years of experience developing web-based applications.
• 5 years of experience with UI technologies JavaScript, CSS, HTML.
• 3 years of experience building solutions on Unqork.
• 3 years of experience setting up Unqork environment.
• 3 years of experience developing modules and workflows on Unqork platform.
• 3 years of experience building workflow applications using data workflow components.
• 3 years of experience building dashboards on Unqork platform.
• 3 years of experience with JSON, API or Azure to integrate Unqork with other systems.
• 3 years of experience in configuring external API via service administration.
• 3 years of experience building custom components in Unqork platform.

Has held or currently holds Unqork Associate Configurator or Developer Certification.

Able to work remotely from within commuting distance of the office location.

For individuals assigned or hired to work in the location(s) indicated below, the base salary range is provided. Range is as of the time of posting. Position is incentive eligible.

$226,325 to $246,325 per year (Charlotte, NC)

Total individual compensation (base salary, short & long-term incentives) offered will take into account a number of factors including but not limited to geographic location, scope & responsibilities of the role, qualifications, talent availability & specialization as well as business needs. The above pay range may be modified in the future.
