This is an entry-level role that provides support and assistance in executing strategies within the team or organization. This role participates in the development and implementation of new ideas, techniques, procedures, services, or products under guidance. The focus is on specific tasks or segments within a brand, channel, line, category or team/organization with clearly defined and narrow objectives.

Job Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or operational environment.
• Experience with a regulated industry, such as Food, Cosmetic, or Drug for knowledge of GMP compliance is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Eagerness to learn and grow professionally within the engineering field.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a focus on improvement opportunities.
