As a Manager in Financial Markets Securitization (CMBS), you will play a pivotal role in providing consulting services related to financial management and strategy. You will analyze client needs, develop tailored financial solutions, and offer guidance to optimize financial performance and improve decision-making. Within our Assurance practice, you will leverage your leadership skills to inspire and develop your team, confirming the delivery of quality work that meets client expectations. You will be responsible for coaching team members, managing performance, and identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will take ownership of projects, overseeing their planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will collaborate with team leadership to maintain collective ownership of quality, timelines, and deliverables. Your ability to embrace technology and innovation will enhance your delivery, encouraging others to do the same. You will address conflicts or issues, engaging in meaningful conversations with clients and stakeholders, while upholding professional and technical standards. Responsibilities

- Analyzing client financial needs and developing tailored financial solutions
- Leading teams in the execution of financial management strategies to optimize client performance
- Guiding the preparation and analysis of financial statements and reports
- Monitoring and analyzing financial trends to provide strategic insights and recommendations
- Overseeing compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards
- Utilizing financial modeling and economic forecasting to support client decision-making
- Coaching and mentoring team members to enhance their skills and performance
- Facilitating difficult conversations with clients and stakeholders to address conflicts or issues

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
