As a Risk Modeling Services Manager, you will lead the development and implementation of AI-driven risk modeling solutions within our Data and Analytics Engineering practice. You will work directly with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions that enhance their decision-making processes. As a Manager, you will leverage your leadership skills to guide and mentor teams, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. You will be responsible for strategic planning and execution, confirming projects are completed on time and meet client expectations.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will have the opportunity to work within our Assurance practice, focusing on artificial intelligence engineering. You will play a crucial role in managing client accounts, developing meaningful relationships, and navigating complex challenges with integrity and authenticity. Responsibilities

- Leading AI risk modeling initiatives and managing complex data analysis projects
- Guiding teams in the implementation of machine learning and deep learning models
- Utilizing programming languages such as Python and C++ to develop and optimize AI solutions
- Building and maintaining data infrastructure and pipelines to support AI applications
- Developing and deploying natural language processing and text analytics solutions
- Promoting the integration of open-source software and machine learning libraries like TensorFlow and Scikit-Learn
- Validating data quality and integrity within AI models and frameworks
- Identifying opportunities for enhancing AI-driven insights and improving decision-making processes
- Coaching and mentoring junior staff to foster professional growth and development
- Collaborating with stakeholders to align AI strategies with business objectives

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Management Information Systems, Computer and Information Science, Systems Engineering, Mathematics, Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or Mathematical Statistics, Data Processing/Analytics/Science, Artificial Intelligence and Robotics
- At least one of the following: Certifications aligned to data engineering, machine learning, and cloud platforms, including AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, Databricks, Snowflake, or related data and AI credentials
- Demonstrating proficiency in AI implementation and machine learning libraries
- Utilizing advanced data modeling and complex data analysis techniques
- Excelling in programming languages such as Python and C++
- Managing data infrastructure and integration for scalable solutions
- Leading teams in AI risk modeling projects with strategic planning
