We are looking for a Trademark Search Analyst to join our Search Analysis team in Belgrade. About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments

• Proficient in English

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Microsoft, Outlook etc.)

• Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent working experience

It would be great if you also have . . .   

• Background in graphic design

• Experience working in IP field, preferably with Design

• Experience in a customer-facing position

• Good analytical and research skills

What will you be doing in this role?

• Analyse search requests and use CompuMarks proprietary design codes to properly retrieve data corresponding to the correct characteristics of the target image.

• Develop smart query strategies implementing specific goods and services relatable to the trademark design ensuring all essential retrieval of records of similarity, internal classifications and scope are achieved.

• Review the data for each report and make selections based on the most pertinent references to the subject matter.

• Provide high-quality reports in a timely manner meeting the expectations of individual and team goals all while making sure scheduled deadlines are met regarding turnaround expectations.

• Participates in peer-to-peer operational support providing QC checks and providing appropriate feedback if needed.

About the Team

Search Analysis team is responsible for conducting trademark and design research and analysis on the Internet, specialized databases, and other sources as necessary to produce quality research reports for CompuMark clients. We are responsible for finding and reporting valuable, relevant information which aids in the client’s decision-making process regarding trademark and design availability. Therefore, we provide customer service support by proactively contacting clients to discuss search strategies and selection preferences.

Hours of Work   

This is a full-time position, CET working hours. This is a hybrid position working in the office for a minimum of 3 days every other week.
