About Reach3 Insights
Reach3 Insights is a full-service research consultancy that helps modern brands move faster and get closer to their customers through mobile-first, conversational research. We design immersive, in-the-moment research programs, pair them with smart data science and dynamic storytelling, and turn insight into action.
As part of Rival Group — alongside Rival Technologies and Angus Reid — we're helping transform the insights industry through AI-accelerated, messaging-based conversational insights. Our work reaches consumers and business audiences in ways that feel fresh, human, and genuinely useful.
We work with ambitious teams and global brands, and we take the work seriously without taking ourselves too seriously. You'll find a team that values trust, curiosity, ownership, creativity, and having a good time while doing meaningful work.
What you’ll own
- Own and develop large strategic client relationships while staying deeply engaged in client relationship management, commitment fulfillment, and day-to-day business operations.
- Lead and develop a diverse team of market researchers, coaching and mentoring junior colleagues while managing end-to-end quantitative and qualitative research engagements.
- Partner with senior leaders to strengthen research design and fulfillment, including solution architecture, proposal and methodological design, analysis, reporting, deliverables, and operational processes.
What you bring
- 6-8 years of relevant market research experience, preferably within a supplier-side organization, supported by a university or college degree.
- Hands-on experience across quantitative and qualitative research methods, including questionnaire and discussion guide design, project management, data analysis and visualization, report writing, market research software, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a client-service orientation and the ability to build trusted relationships with clients and colleagues.
- An analytical, entrepreneurial mindset with strong logic, reasoning, numeric, and problem-solving skills, plus curiosity about new technologies and research approaches.
- Excellent organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects, shifting priorities, and timelines while maintaining high-quality work.
- A positive and collaborative leadership approach, with a genuine passion for coaching and mentoring junior colleagues and contributing to the broader business.
Nice to have
- Supplier-side market research experience and exposure to sophisticated quantitative and qualitative methodologies, online research platforms, and technology-enabled research approaches.
- Experience working in market research, insights, or research consulting environments, including managing strategic client relationships and end-to-end research projects.
