Job Description
Just imagine turning audience signals into smarter LEGO® brand stories and clearer reputational decisions. Then make it real.
Are you the person who always asks “so what” and “why”? We’re looking for a curious, analytical individual who loves joining the dots to turn information into action to power the next chapter of corporate storytelling at the LEGO Group.
About the role
As our Content Insights and Analytics Associate Manager, you'll lead corporate digital channel performance and content analysis for the LEGO Group. You'll connect monitoring data through useful dashboards and translate complex information into actionable communications insight. Using social listening, audience intelligence and emerging artificial intelligence signals, you'll improve planning, content development and reputational decision-making in this permanent role.
Required Qualifications
Delivered content, social or audience performance analysis that informed communications or channel decisions.
Applied social listening and audience intelligence to identify trends, opportunities and reputational insights.
Built reporting dashboards that turned complex data from multiple sources into clear recommendations.
Used analytics and monitoring platforms such as Sprinklr, Brandwatch, Hootsuite, Adobe Analytics, Semrush or similar tools.
Influenced content, channel or communications decisions through evidence-based insights and recommendations.
Preferred Qualifications
Explored artificial intelligence-powered communications tools, prompts, copilots, workflows or agents.
Analysed search and digital discovery behaviours to understand how audiences find information.
What you'll build
Develop dashboards and reporting formats that bring fragmented monitoring data together.
Track digital channel and content performance against clear objectives.
Turn reporting from a record of activity into a source of learning and action.
Bring social listening and external audience signals into communications planning.
Monitor how artificial intelligence-powered systems represent the LEGO Group.
Create a consistent rhythm of recommendations that improve content and reputational decisions.
If you've worked in a role where you turned complex content, social or audience data into focused recommendations, you'll feel at home here. What matters most is your curiosity, analytical thinking and ability to communicate insight clearly.
Life on the team
You'll join the Corporate Content & Channels team within Corporate Brand and Communications. We're shifting from traditional broadcasting towards communications shaped by audiences and evidence. The team values thoughtful experimentation, sound judgement and continuous learning. Your collaboration, relationship-building and storytelling instinct will help colleagues connect planning, performance and audience intelligence.
What success looks like
You'll establish reporting that stakeholders can confidently use while finding the meaningful signals behind the numbers. Over the next 12 to 18 months, you'll strengthen measurement, expand audience intelligence and explore changing discovery behaviours. You'll work closely with content, social media and communications planning colleagues to support stories that build understanding, connection and trust.
