As an Associate Manager, Channel Marketing-Retail, USVC Lens, supporting the US Vision Care Lens Channel Marketing Team in our Fort Worth, TX location, you will be responsible leading data-driven marketing plans and activations for retail partners with Alcon, working closely with our Key Account and Brand teams. Your experience in customer/stakeholder relationship management, brand, commercial, and/or shopper marketing, and project management will be essential to success in this role.

In this role, a typical day will include:

· Collaborate with Key Account leads as a strategic partner to understand customer needs, identify opportunities, and implement solutions.

· Develop and execute Alcon marketing plans for Key Account Retailers, from strategy to asset development and delivery, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

· Manage internal and external creative agency partners to ensure timelines and budgets are met, and assets meet customer and legal requirements

· Shape content for and actively engages in customer meetings as the marketing subject matter expert.

· Leverage data and analytics to Identify market and customer opportunities

· Conduct post program analysis across marketing and sales to understand impact/ROI.

· Lead activities for customer event sponsorships, from compliance approvals to booth design and delivery, to content development in partnership with brand.

· Lead customer meeting preparation, including agenda development, performance reporting, insight generation, and action planning.

· Coordinate post-meeting follow-up and drive execution against priorities, decisions, and commitments.

· Contribute to annual customer planning processes and business review development for assigned accounts.

· Develop customer-facing presentations, business updates, and performance recaps.

· Manage budgets, including spend tracking, invoice processing, reconciliation, and investment monitoring.

· Coordinate Direct-to-Patient, ECP, retail media, and customer-specific activation programs.

· Lead internal material review and approval processes and ensure compliance requirements are met.

· Build expertise in assigned retail customers while supporting broader strategic account initiatives.

What you’ll bring to Alcon:

· Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or High School +10yrs; Assoc. +6yrs; M.S.) 

· The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English.

· 2 Years of Relevant Experience

Preferred Qualifications:

· Relevant experience in Marketing, Customer Marketing, Shopper Marketing, Sales Support, Account Management, Business Analytics, or a related commercial function. 

· The ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English. 

· Strong project management, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

· Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

· Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.

· Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.

· Ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority.

· Ability to work on-site at Alcon's Fort Worth office.

· Travel requirements: up to 20%.
