The Associate, HR Services (Lifecycle) provides accurate and reliable HR administration supporting employees and managers across EMEA. The role completes recurring and often high-volume administrative activities across the employee lifecycle, including employee data changes and corrections, document uploads, standard audits and checks, records administration and financial administration.
Working primarily in Workday and ServiceNow, the Associate follows established processes, work instructions and controls to ensure employee information and HR transactions are completed accurately and on time. When information is missing or an issue falls outside the documented process, the Associate seeks guidance or escalates it to a more experienced colleague.
This is a structured and process-driven role where attention to detail, consistency and reliability are essential. Behind every transaction is an employee or manager relying on HR Services, so a strong service mindset and pride in getting things right are equally important.
Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities Of The Job
- HR Administration & Lifecycle Transactions: Complete recurring HR administrative activities across the employee lifecycle using established processes and work instructions. Process approved employee changes, maintain employee information and complete other standard HR transactions assigned to the Lifecycle team.

- Employee Data Corrections: Complete standard corrections to employee and organizational information following approved requests and documented procedures. Check that the appropriate information and approvals are available before making changes and escalate discrepancies that cannot be resolved through established steps.
- Document & Records Management: Upload, maintain and organize employee documents and HR records in the appropriate systems. Check that documentation is complete, correctly recorded and stored in accordance with established records-management requirements.
- Audits & Data Quality: Complete recurring audits, validations and data-quality checks using established reports, checklists and procedures. Identify missing, incomplete or inconsistent information, complete standard corrections where instructed and raise exceptions for further review.
- Financial Administration: Complete routine financial administration for HR Services, including processing receipts, invoices, purchase orders, expense-related documentation and other assigned financial records or transactions in accordance with established procedures and controls.
- Employee & Manager Requests: Support straightforward administrative requests from employees, managers and HR colleagues. Obtain missing information where required, provide factual updates and complete the relevant administrative activity using established guidance.
- Quality, Controls & Confidentiality: Check work carefully before completion and follow applicable HR controls, approval requirements, data privacy and information security procedures. Handle employee, personal and financial information confidentially and accurately.
