Job Description:


Join AriensCo as an Associate Human Resource Business Partner at our Fayetteville, TN manufacturing facility, where you will play a key role in supporting employees, leaders, and organizational success.


THE DAY TO DAY...


  • Serve as an HR resource for employees and supervisors.
  • Must be available to assist employees across multiple shifts when necessary
  • Support investigations, conflict resolution, and day‑to‑day employee relations matters
  • Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture aligned with company values
  • Collaborate with plant and operations leaders to understand workforce needs, staffing challenges, and organizational priorities
  • Provide guidance on performance management, coaching, corrective actions, and policy interpretation
  • Support recruiting efforts in partnership with HR and Operations teams to meet staffing demands
  • Assist with interview coordination, candidate communication, and hiring processes
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and orientation for new employees across all sites
  • Administer FMLA/Leave Policy 
  • Support ADA accommodation requests
  • Maintain consistency in policy application across all manufacturing locations
  • Support compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
  • Assist in coordinating training programs for supervisors and employees
  • Support development initiatives that strengthen leadership capability and workforce skills
  • Maintain accurate employee records and support HRIS updates.
  • Prepare reports and metrics related to turnover, attendance, staffing, and other key HR indicators
  • Work closely with the Senior HRBP to align HR strategies with business goals
  • Escalate complex issues appropriately and support broader HR projects and initiatives

THE QUALIFICATIONS...


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field required
  • Minimum 3 years experience in HR coordination, generalist work, or business partner support, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust at all levels
  • Solid understanding of HR practices, employment law, and workforce management
  • Proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment
  • Preferred fluency in English and Spanish
